– Inspection and cleaning of outdoor air grilles;

– Inspection and cleaning of air intake chambers and channels;

– Checking and cleaning the valves of the device;

– Control and maintenance of the operation of mixing units, including actuator motors;

– Internal and external cleaning of ventilation equipment;

– Checking the dirtiness of the filters and determining the need for replacement;

– Change of filters (as needed and agreed with the customer);

– Obtaining new filters (as needed and agreed with the customer);

– Disposal and proper handling of used filters and other service-related waste;

– Checking and setting up cold protection devices;

– Inspection of heat exchangers, (cleaning as needed and in agreement with the customer);

– Inspection, maintenance and setting of measuring parts, sensors; -Control and setting of working parameters;

– Inspection and maintenance of electrical systems, including their connections;

– Inspection, maintenance, adjustment of fan parts (lubrication as needed and agreed with the customer);

– Tightening, alignment of belts (change as needed);

– Determining the need and quantity of maintenance and repair materials and presenting them to the customer;

– Carrying out all the necessary actions, including checking, organizing and setting up the systems related to the equipment (including building automation), which are necessary for the effective and long-term operation of the ventilation equipment and the prevention of accidents;
